Went in yesterday for his weekly bloodrawl his PCV is at 27 which is slowly going up last week it was 26 his lowest was at 13 and a few weeks ago it was 15 so we are heading in the right direction. We are keeping an eye on his BG levels yesterday they were down at 144 last week they were 187 and the week before 174 I think.
He's still on high dose of pred and 2 immune suppressants along with baby aspirin and stomach protectant I also have him on a high amount of powdered milk thistle and liquid samE cell food.
He's acting like his normal crazy self so trying to keep him quiet isn't easy and his anxiety excitability is even worse if that's even possible but vet said the high dose of pred will do that. Hes eating really well now and I hope I can get some weight on him he lost alot going thru this. He was 71 lbs when i took him a few days before this started for his rabies and dropped down to 56 in 3 weeks yesterday he was almost 60.
This is far from over but he's hanging in and I appreciate everyone for thier prayers and mojo keep it coming.
We are going away and I'm now so nervous to leave him it's 5 weeks away yet but I'm already stressing.

That sounds good, keep it up Benelli. Except for the ones that should go down, of course.

Wow, such a long recovery! And you still think it's from his rabies vaccine? I'm glad his measurable numbers are headed in the right direction and that personality-wise, he sounds like he doesn't know anything was ever wrong! Good work!
That's a great update...hope to see more!
Smartrock not sure if the rabies caused it but convinced it triggered it.
Good job in taking care Of Benilli through this ordeal of recovery. Sending lab board MOJO he keeps going strong.
