I arrived with Rosie, almost 10 years ago, disappeared for health reasons, now we have Salem, our black adopted Lab 8 yr/old and waiting or a yellow girl puppy.
JavaDoo (Gina) is missing. Her labs were Java and Mocca.

Gina got herself banned, if I remember correctly.

How about Daisy and Miia? Haven't seen her on for quite a while. Daisy looked so happy, even in her little wheelchair.

Gina might still be FB friends with some of the members, but I'm not positive. I always think JenC is FB friends with everyone who has ever been on here, but maybe I'm just imagining that.

The earliest member I recall was ZenCat. She had a lab and a greyhound and was able to call up a fair amount of good info when needed. Her greyhound had some sort of toenail disorder, SLO, symmetric lupoid onychodystrophy.

Just reminds me of how much I've learned about dogs and labs over the years. Thanks, Woody!

Ouch on the JavaDoo. What about Bett? I heard she got a different breed, I was wondering how her GrandSon was doing.

Joe Maringo. I'm pleased to say he is doing well as is his rescue, S.P.A.R.R.O.

Pam . . . her handle was maybe Brandy's Mom? Her Brandy and Grizzelda go way back and are still around, and she is involved with NOLA Lab Rescue. She put us on to our Fitzi.

    Two more.

3lablady, from the first and maybe second iteration of the board.

lovefor4labs, also from those two iterations. She played a role in my becoming Mr Kleb.

From the very old days I remember Henneberry (they ahd two yellow labs), Olive's mom (Olive was a young black lab trouble maker) they also had a golden (or family member had a golden). There was also another couple that met and got married on the board (I saw Emily post on a facebook group - they have 1-2 kids now - of the human kind - I think she was like Dakota??'s mom and i forget his name).

There was also jason (had hunter a choco lab)

i am friends with some of the older members on facebook or see them in some of the lab groups on facebook.

Yes, I'm thinking you mean Jason & Hunter from the old days--he is one I remember giving me good advice when I first joined on here, probably about 14 yrs ago. Molly was a puppy then & I joined on here & I remember Jason & others giving me the great advice "A tired puppy is a good puppy!" He was a race car driver, I believe, or possibly was a photographer & wrote about car racing...…

Mr BB1 had a Lab that he loved very much but when his dog passed away, he said that due to health reasons he would never have another dog, & I thought that was so sad. He lived alone in the woods, & used to post cool pictures of the bears & wildlife around his cabin.

And MixedUpDog, every time I see all the shows about Tiny Houses or Tiny Living now, I can't help thinking about her. If I remember right, she had a very old Great Dane that she was devoted to, & had problems finding living arrangements where she could keep him. She had like a sheepherders wagon built for her & the dog to live in, but had problems finding places she could park it, etc. I always felt bad for her situation, & now the whole "Tiny Living" thing seems to be all the rage....

If all these people are still around, I hope they are doing well......
