Two old board thoughts: Pre Lab Board Crash there was a man who was rehabbing his pup. Was the pup named Murphy? I remember checking in daily to see him. The whole lab board was seemingly involved. He took him to the river for water rehab and someone on the board loaned him a puppy flotation device. I remember the videos he posted and the tremendous love he had for his lab.
And Charlie B Barkin' used to have a love affair with a black lab named Skeena. Super hilarious.

I can remember this but I can't find my car keys or my reading glasses.

There was a woman whose lab board name was doubledip1, I think that was actually her horse's name, but she had 2 labs and the younger one had some major health issue as a puppy. Gosh, what was it? I think he had surgery, maybe GI, that corrected whatever the issue was but he was one hurtin' pup for a while.

The couple where both were members, Crafther and Sparky, whose 2 pups were Mocha and Latte.

I remember that guy rehabbing his pup, too. Was she hit by a car, maybe?

    Bett, yep. Adrienne.

There are a number I think of unexpectedly from time to time but some are from pre-crash. The girl who had a lab but also rescued all these chihuahuas and wrote posts from one of them she called HerbB. A woman whose husband might have been in the military who I remember because she told her 2 young sons they could only use 5 squares of toilet paper between flushes to avoid clogging up the toilet (again). Then there were Chuck (gundogpa) and that guy who was in law enforcement whose name I'm blocking on. I know Chuck hunted with his 2 black labs, maybe in Vermont, who he referred to as the black plague.

It occurs to me that some of the MIA folks may be Facebook friends with members who still see news from them from time to time.

Yeah...I don't remember the law enforcement guy's name, either, but the phrase under his avatar was something like "Respect the I-thority". HerbB was a hoot, wasn't he? Adrienne's dog Major died, that I remember...he always reminded me of my first Lab Brutus in a more handsome sort of way. Sparky's been on fairly lately, but I haven't seen Crafther.
