Since Chili had ED, why would you want to do this? Why support a breeder that doesn't care about the health of their puppies?
If they really aren't on OFA, they are most likely cutting corners elsewhere too. There are several genetic diseases that absolutely should be tested for, because affected offspring can be devastating. Such as Prcd-PRA, if the status of Neither parent is known, the parents could both be either, affected themselves, or carriers and their offspring could be affected and go blind in young adulthood, EIC and CNM and DM are nothing to be messed with either, not to mention TVD and hip and elbow dysplasia.
