    Interesting Vet Visit This Week....

We made appointments to get them both on their flea and tick and heartworms meds. Ovie also had a spot on the end of his tail we were concerned with.

We lost Ovie's package from the rescue but they were nice enough to forward his shots records to our vet.

Ovie is down 5 lbs from when we got him but that can't be. We can no longer see his ribs and he looks way better. The Vet staff believes that it could be a difference in scales.

His tail mark and one by his ear are scars. From what who knows? A fight or a tail in a door? Nobody will ever know the answer. Could be why he doesn't like you on top of him.

His microchip that the rescue gave us paperwork for could not be found. She tried 3x and tested her wand on their chips which were the same type of chips. She says it could have made it's way out or was never there to begin with. We got another one put in.

Georgia is up a few pounds. She is actually getting way more exercise now that he is here. She is eating the same. The only difference is a bit of CBD Oil at lunch in her food. Could be old age?

Otherwise both are healthy and find.

We changed from Revolution and went with interceptor plus and bravecto. We wanted to get some more tick protection as once the weather settles in we will probably do a few more hikes.
    Thanks Everyone!!
