    Labby Hear, Labby Do

Some of you may know, and I sure learned, GSDs are very vocal and Archie fits the mold perfectly. It's not barking or whining, which he does very little of, but "talking". He mumbles, grumbles, whistles, all kinds of sounds.

Little Miss Mardi must have been taking careful notes. She loves laying on my feet and if I don't pet her by rubbing my foot on her, she now vocalizes. She's such a goof. And be late by 1 minute with a treat, she looks me right in the eye and barks.

This is a perfect example of GSD sass. German Shepherd throws a fit when she has to quit swimming - YouTube

Fran, you are having so much FUN with Archie!!! Sure glad and very happy he is with a family that loves and 'appreciates' his GSD attributes.

Both of those videos were great! It is very funny that Mardi has adopted this trait. Emma "talks" and barks a lot, Maxx almost never. He actually looks at her like she is nuts when she starts talking to us.

Bacon must be part GSD.....seeing as he has been a grumbler/sigh-er ever since we have had him

LOL, looks like Bella just got a great training session wherein she learned "time to go" means keep playing in the water. Cute.

Scarlett was very interested in Bella's video.

Ours have been adapting the tactics that they see works for the other pups. Quite entertaining.
