    Its Time

I think this spring it will be time for us to add to our pack. Its been a while since I've been here regularly (too much work), and still catching up after the crash so please forgive me for any protocol transgressions. If anyone can suggest a breeder in the Eastern part of the US, please PM me. Happy to provide background if you don't remember me, which of course i don't expect anyone to. Thanks.

I remember you as well. Welcome back. As for protocol, breeders cannot be named on the forum but people could send you a private message with suggestions. You'd just need to get your post count up above a certain level (5 or 10, not sure) in order to receive or send those PMs.

In the meantime, think about what you're looking for in a new family member, and you could start looking at the local lab clubs for litter listings or available older dogs (who still may be 6 months of age or older), such as:

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”
