What's your favorite body part on your Lab?

That smile, Jax wears it most all the time. He is a happy boy. As with.every one else, those chocolate eyes just melt me.

Gabby's ears are amazing - the DD has nicknamed them the "shamwows", which is a take on chamois - so soft and velvety. For me, it's her 'scruff' or neckline/chest. She's 3 and it just keeps getting thicker, wrinklier, and deeper. I love to bury my hands in it and just rub away. I thought she'd grow into it, but I think it has a life of its own!

I can't resist Honey's eyes and I am constantly kissing her right between them. I avoid Miia's tail as much as possible.....she could kill you with that thing! I do love to play with Miia's ears though, so soft and beautiful. Mostly what I see on Paige is her belly, because every single time you reach toward her she immediately rolls over for a belly rub, it's a very cute belly though.

I can't say I have a favorite body part. What I love is watching them run. Especially when Sophie and Bruce are playing chase. They way they accelerate, change direction, head fake, just how they control their bodies. These dogs are true athletes. They express sheer joy with their movement. I can't help but smile when I watch them.

The day we brought Thor home he had cried and whined the whole drive. I felt so bad for taking him away from his family. When we got home and let him walk through the living room he kept going and toddled out into the back yard. He plopped down in the soft grass and just looked up at us with this giant smile and it was the moment I fell in love with my little guy. That smile hasn't gone away and I probably still love it the most, but when I'm upset or having a rough time, reaching out and rubbing those soft expressive ears and cheeks makes us both feel so much better.

[Ruger's Mom]

On Ruger, it's that spot on top of his head between his eyes/ears. Soft ears & soulful eyes that look at me like I am his world. I am kissing that spot constantly on him.

I just love Charlie's whole head. When he snuggles in for the night, there is nothing better that nose tucked in between my neck & shoulder and hearing that long sigh he gives before he knocks out & starts snoring like an old man. Love that!!!
