Flat lander I am! I had a feeling that's what is was, but we called em rain bags in Vegas back in the day when we delivered papers. All 4 days a year it rained.
We buy black poop bags in bulk on Amazon. When Lola does her business in the back yard, we normally pick it up right away and put it in a small garbage can that has a plastic bag in it. Every couple of weeks, I pull the bag out of the poop bin and put it in our outgoing garbage can.

We just have woods behind us so we shovel the poop over the fence. Oliver doesn't poop on walks so I don't have to worry about that either.
