Poor Thor! I've never had a puppy that showed any distress when losing teeth. One would play tug of war with the rope to pop the teeth out of his mouth (they'd go flying).

He seems fine tonight. Gobbled up dinner as usual and is happily gnawing away on an antler in between fits of the zoomies (normal evening behavior), so I hope the tooth isn't bothering him any more! It hasn't come out yet, but hopefully it will soon.

Oh poor baby. Hoping that nasty tooth comes out soon, that's giving that sweet boy trouble.

Poor guy! I hope he finds some relief soon! I have yet to start that process with my pup Penelope.

How's Thor doing today? Did he finally loose that pesky tooth?

It's not gone yet but he hasn't been crying as much. He's currently going to town on an elk antler under my feet. His toy chewing has definitely gotten more intense in the past couple of days, but his people/clothing/shoe biting has diminished, thankfully! He loves the frozen dishtowel, too. His breath is super stinky and the tooth is getting darker. I can wiggle it easily with my finger (it can't be too painful right now because he doesn't react to me playing with it, other than the normal puppy wiggles). I hope it comes out soon, though! Then there are the rest...

Sounds like good news! It sure is good too hear that the pain's subsided and hope the tooth is soon nothing but a bad dream It's really funny how different they are: Mel managed to go through this phase and I almost didn't notice, didn't find a single baby tooth, and I'm with her 24/7. Well, okay 23/7

It came out last night. I bought him a new stuffed toy (a froggie, for some reason all of his favorite toys, both soft and squeaky, are shaped like frogs) and when I gave it to him he happily chewed away on it for about 10 seconds before it got all bloody and I found the tooth on the floor. Yay!

Of course, I bought the new froggie to replace the old one that was getting quite disgusting, so now I have to find ANOTHER froggie. Hehe.

Now, what does the tooth fairy leave for a puppy?
