    nexguard

    hi!
the reviews of nexguard seem to be all over the place!
does anyone use it? has anyone used it in the past? does anyone know anyone who has used it?
my pup is absolutely terrible with the topical (we have to hold him down and torture him basically)
we do get our yard sprayed by an exterminator but still manage to have some ticks

    thanks!

We use Nexguard. I do a lot of outdoor activities (hiking, fetch in the tall grass, etc) and I have never seen a tick on Thor, so it seems to be working.

I have been using this for a few months now. I have seen no side effect At all. My experience so far has been great a few ticks but crawling around on the top of the coat. For me I have seen no difference between the liquid and chewable.

I used it last year with Maverick and he tolerated it well. I don't know long term side effects, but then that's the case with any new medication.

I have some friends who use it with good results. Regarding stomach upset, I would assume it probably should be given with food and that would help avoid upset tummy, but make sure and check the directions.

Nothing we've seen. Thor has a sensitive tummy as well but he wolfs this down like any treat and is fine.

I've been using it with Daisy for almost a year. No problems at all, but Daisy does not have a sensitive stomach.

We use it. Very effective and easy to get them to eat (unlike Trifexis). No side effects. Reba has a sensitive tummy and hasn't had any problem with it.

I've used it for a year on Sadie. Great results and no ill effects. Much better than the Seresto collar which was the reason we switched to Nexguard.
