Good news on Bridget! The lump was markedly smaller today when we woke up. Her follow-up apt. at the vet was at 8:30. She told me Bridget no longer needs the compresses (her "spa-treatment") but to continue the antibiotics. BUT... she prescribed no training for another whole week! When I looked disappointed she said... "OK, Half-training. Light duty. Keep an eye on her respirations." I think we can do that. But our group won't be getting together until Tuesday so it should be fine.

Branna is still crazy (I think she's metabolizing the sedative faster every day!) She has a little bit of drainage still but it's much clearer.

BTW: If you ever want to get bloody pus drainage stains out of your very expensive bed-spread... Folex works great!

OMG, so sorry I missed this.

What a time your girls are having. Glad to hear they have started healing and on the way to complete recovery.

Sending tons of mojo and healing prayers.

I gotta tell you... this is very boring. But boring is better than being panic stricken and in tears because a lump in your dog's neck feels like a tumor. Or because you're seeing bloody pus on the floor where your other dog was laying.

    I'm blessed. Bored, but blessed.
