Today is National Running Day!

Bailey, Bella and I got up at 6 a.m. and hit the trails for 3 miles. Oh, they sure love National Running Day. Actually, every day would be running day if they had their wish!

yep, but i don't usually get up before work to run. i'd rather sleep! lol. But I'm attending something after work, so can't run tonight and wanted to get in a run today. I have about some trails on my property and my neighbors property that all loop together, so I can take them off leash there. they went for 2 miles on the trails with my son yesterday afternoon (he's also a runner) and then up bright and early this morning. and then as soon as we got home, they went right back to bed! lol

if I remember right, are you in the corvallis area? We were just up there a few wknds ago for my sons State track&field competition at Corvallis HS.
