What a sweet little kitty. In the US, sometimes a cat is called a pussy cat, so maybe "pissy, pissy" would be equivalent to "Here pussy, pussy." Your dogs have Turkish names, I assume. So, I used an online translator, how about something like Kül (Cinder)

She is absolutely adorable! Thank you so much for stopping and picking her up keeping her safe. I worry so about stray cats they get treated so horribly especially the black cats. Your little one looks like she fits right in with your pups they all look so happy to have a new little sibling. She does look to be about 4 weeks old I would soak her dry food in warm water until she gets older so she can digest it better. We took in Tucker when he was about the same age too. I hope she has a good vet visit

oh, Oya, she is so little! thank you for stopping to care for her! she's probably dehydrated, and likely hasn't eaten, maybe moist food, small amounts? and likely needs de-worming.
Love how your dogs are so good with her! and love that they both are looking well
I hope the vet visit went well and she just needs some good loving care.
I like Smartrock's name of Cinder

    Hi Oya!

Nice to see you here again! You have such a tender heart for the animals! Whatever you name her (or him?), it is a lucky little kitty to have come up to you! I hope the vet finds her to be healthy!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments and name ideas especially for Gece and Kül Her name can be in any language which sounds good and fits her. Yes she is a female

She is perfectly healthy. She gets de-wormer. No vaccines right now. She eats moist food and small amounts of meat.
This kitten is so funny, she started to discover the house, she is everywhere. I hope I'll not step on her:/ She makes the dogs run after her. She bites me when she has the chance. I heard that you shouldn't let the kitten play with your fingers. Similar to puppies I guess. You should give her a toy instead.
Cat world is totally new thing to me. I fostered a lot but all those cats were having serious health issues so I've never dealt with a healty baby cat.

She doesn't afraid of vacuum cleaner which is good. I'll train her like a puppy which is the only thing I know

Yesterday Cilek peed all over the house. They are a bit nervous about the kitten but they also seem to be excited. I' not sure.

I can take the girls out without a collar if I have the kitten in my hands. They focus on the kitten and never leave my side

That's all for now. I'll post some photos when I go home, now writing on my cell phone.

Cinder also sounds very nice by the way. I'll consider all.

awww yes when they are that little they are all over the place, so good that she is feeling comfortable with you and her canine siblings. You have a variety pack now Mine will bite and put their claws out when I am playing with them and they get wound up, but they no better then to scratch or bite down you just feel them there, they learned not to bite or scratch with me saying no and removing my hand (play) when they were little.

Her name is Momo From the book of Michael Ende which I like very much.

She is so cute. I handle her like a puppy seriously. We'll see what will happen. Now I teach her her name and to focus.
I call her name with a happy voice, Momo! when she comes I give her a piece of chicken. Then I hide and call her name again, when she finds me she gets a chicken.
