No I asked her how long is she ok in the crate for because shes at my house and I leave at 730 and my husband is home usually by 2. Thats when she told me shes crated for 12 hours with no problem.

Her husband got her this puppy after her old lab passed away. She didn't even want a dog and her husband does nothing to help her. I've tried to see about her surrendering her to me when she was younger but she claims she loves her. Its just one of those situations where you can tell her till your blue in the face that this isn't the type of life for a lab and it gets you no where. She will tell me things that she does and i'm like yeah because you don't ecercise her and get her energy out.

She doesn't know correct play with other dogs. Shes the dog at the dog park that would prob end up in a fight because she is so in everyones buisness and pushy. She doesn't even take correction and just keeps pushing. she constantly wants to sniff and lick them and rough house. I'm watching my other friends dog as well so I have 7 right now at my house.

i know I feel bad when I have to leave my dogs for more than 4 lol. There were only a few occasions that I couldn't help and nobody to go and let them out for me that I had to leave them 12 hours and I felt awful. I coudn't imagine doing it on a daily basis. Yesterday she was out romping and playing for 4 hours. I did some obdiance work with her. The dogs and her played chase. You would think that she would come in and be tired. Nope she just never settles because she isn't used to being out of a crate. In the crate she goes in and lays down.

Wrong breed, my neighbour who is a single mom with a toddler and twin young boys got the kids a christmas gift, a british bulldog. She wanted to send it to some one for a week for 2k to train.
but she could only afford 300$ 2 day training.

the dogs most of its time in a small cat crate . i mean it drives me nutz as she squeezes her butt into that little cat crate. She is only 6 months and lovely, me or the wife will take her out when asked. She is not around alot as the kids basically live with her parents. She said the parents senior lab does not like this one or else she would drop that there too. I question the quality of life. i do not have a fenced in yard but gigi is in the backyard goofing off, gets walked 3 times a day , played fetch with a few times a day.I ofcourse feel bad as that dog is in that tiny crate.
