Aye Mates,
LEXIE BELLE ON THE COBBLE - A pointing Labrador??? NOT, she is all flusher / retriever. T'was just a highly lucky catch of LEX in a position typically assumed by pointing breeds. :-)

I've had Labs that would "stalk" things. Bunny's, each other, birds, etc, it was really fun to watch, and at times the would freeze in a pointing position like that!!
There are certified pointing labradors. Leo's litter was sired by a certified pointing labrador. I haven't really tried to enhance it in him, but he does point at certain scents for a period of time. To get a real point I'm sure I'd have to teach him that skill until he would hold until released after flush. Or I could teach him to hold until I release him to flush. We are not to that point yet in our training though, so this is all speculation.
Latte performs this look when stalking Mocha. I have not been able to catch a picture yet.

I realize there are "pointing Labs" and have friends / associates that own them. Not me own cup o' tea in a "pointing breed" mind ye.
