Lol, Thor had always loved visiting the vet, I wonder if that will change now. I don't think so, they love on him bunches and if there is anything that can win over a lab it's attention and treats!

Oh I think Thor will be just fine at the vet. Hemi injured his shoulder the summer after being neutered and was in and out of the vet a lot. I will never forget cause I had to stay out of the Xray room however they had 2 vet tech Helping get him into position and so on. When they opened the door to let me in to see the x rays, he was standing there on the table with his tail just wagging, they took his collar off too. So I look at him and say out loud. "Just look at you, I leave you alone for 10 minutes and I find you in a room with 3 women naked." He just smiles wider and wags his tail more.

Hemi only doesn't like the vet after they take blood from his arm for his yearly blood work. He quickly forgives them though especially when they come back and give him treats. This is one of my favorite photos. You can just read the expression on his face. This is right after they drew blood for testing. He backs against the door and was like I don't think I like you anymore. Of course he was all smiles and wags by the time he returned.

    Oh that face!!

Final update from our side, I think! He's healed very well! Today we went on a short leashed hike and he was ever so happy to be back to his normal ways. It's an off-leash friendly area but we wanted to keep him from too many crazies. He did great, even though he hates being on leash.

I leave for a week of work travel tomorrow so a quiet week at home with dad will probably wrap things up nicely.
