I just had two checked on Thunder. One was a loose and soft lump next to his privates and he had a harder one on his side. The one on his side was not as easy to move. Both were fatty lumps but I feel better that I had them checked.

Milo saw the vet this morning. They took a sample and looked under the microscope. It appears to be Lipoma which is at this point degenerative and possibly caused by trauma? The vet did say it is resolving.

Other than that he got a completely clean bill of health. He has lost 8 pounds since February (he gained weight while I was with limited mobility from knee surgery). He weighed in around 95/96 and I am going to try to get him to the 90-92 pound range.

I feel a lot better getting it checked out and very glad it wasn't something more serious or the C word

    Great news.

Saw a program today on TV where a person had a lipoma caused by previous trauma. Did not know this could happen.
