He might not "hang" straight or he might tilt a bit when standing.
I wouldn't worry about it.
One of mine used to hit the back of his front leg every now and then because he'd squat a bit with both hind legs on the ground.
Hi, I always noticed my 1.5 year old neutered male, when he urinates while both rear legs on the ground, his urine travels to in front of his left paw. its pretty crooked. Just examining his "male parts" it looks normal and straight. Is this an issue? it never seems to bother him nor cause any issues that ive noticed.
Thanks!

Some men who have visited my house in the past didn't have very good aim either.

Some boys lean and pee, even when they are intact! If they are messy, you just have to wipe! They don't care themselves....

I work in the boarding side of an animal hospital. At least half of the male dogs we get hit their own legs and feet when they pee, and not always the same leg or foot. They don't seem to mind, but if it were my dog at home, I'd be wiping those legs or feet with baby wipes or something upon entry to the house. I guess it's just one of the things you live with when you have boy dogs LOL!
