Doubtful it has anything to do with the neuter. My chocolate Jack does a spasm kick from time to time. I've never given it much thought.
My male chocolate lab was fixed about a year ago ,after the surgery my dog every once in a while his leg kicks uncontrollably, the movement resembles when the dog is sitting and scratching with his rear paw ,if I'm next to him it actually hurts when I'm in the path

Thanks ,this is my 3rd chocolate lab in 27 years and this is the 1st one that's ever done this ,he was neutered around 17 months and never noticed it before the surgery but I really wasn't looking for it ,I just thought they might be connected ,thanks again

My old girl does the kick spasm every once in a while. I don't see it connected to the neuter either. If it starts happening more and frequently I would consult your vet.
