3 hours of exercise per week is way to little, that's what my lab get per day, almost. We are at least outside minimum 3 hours per day. A lab is a high energy level dog who needs alot of exercise and stimulation, they are not made for lying on the coach all day being petted, they are working dogs.

My Sofie is a rescue and every single time I left the house she would destroy something. I could leave the house to move my car and she already has a shirt of mine or a sick outside with her. She not only took my clothes outside (learned to leave everything in the closet) but she ate my couch and the walls in the house! It lasted a while too. Now she knows I come home every time and has stopped. I would say give her more time. Have you tried having a TV on while you're gone? Sometimes they need to hear people talking to know they aren't alone.
