That is wonderful news! In her pictures, she looks like such a sweetheart it brought tears to my eyes, and I just wanted to give her a big hug!!! Please give her one for me, o.k? It sounds very good that she has started eating again!

Mirtazapine is another med used for inappetence. Dogs may not eat for a variety of reasons some of which include: GI upset, mouth problems, pain that's not being controlled, Organ issues (liver, kidney)etc.

Also, prednisone will increase appetite while dramatically decreasing inflammation (from whatever the cause...cancer, arthritis, injury etc.). A drug like this does have side effects to be watching out for.

Thanks a lot for the comments ❤️ Cilek is doing even better. She is walking. Not much but each step is very valuable right now. She is not peeing while lying down. She goes out for potty (I'm helping her). She is more alert. She is not shaking anymore and her appetite is great! She is getting better each day. I'm so happy.
I just let her rest, stopped giving her any kind of supplements, herbs etc. Once she started to eat I gave her Rimadyl. Now I'm giving her Rimadyl each day.
Best part of it is her eyes. She is not looking confused and tired. It is so nice to see her beautiful look again I'm very lucky.
