It sounds to me like she is in heat if she has not been spayed. Is your goal to breed her? If not, you must take immediate action to keep her completely away from all male dogs.....the fact that they have not mounted her yet probably means that she is "not quite" ready, but that will change any minute. You are very likely to end up with a batch of puppies shortly. Only the best representatives of the breed should be allowed to breed, and even then, it requires an awful lot of work, and expense. Dogs make much better pets when they are spayed, and it is so important to try & cut down on the number of unwanted dogs who end up in animal shelters.

Lock her up in a crate! Often times, the bitch goes "clear" when she's "hot".... Please don't allow her to be bred!

Most folks on this board don't keep intact girls. It's different for each girl, but a couple of days before you see blood is common. Also if the girl keeps herself clean you may miss the blood.

Also, once you think they've gone into heat, you need to keep them away from intact males for about 4 weeks, just to be safe, even though you've seen no bleeding. I don't know whether it is common to neuter male or female dogs where you live. Regardless, you should keep her away from male dogs for that length of time, even if you see no bleeding.
