Vet called. X-rays look fine. No temperature. He gave him a shot to help with nausea and something else to give him for possible inflammation. I went and picked the boy up and took him home. I fixed him some rice and ground turkey. Vet said to feed that the next few days and call him back with progress Friday morning. If he vomits again, he wants him back to either so a dye test or exploratory of his stomach. I pray the boy holds down the rice and turkey. Vet said paper towels don't always show up really clear but felt good about Samson and letting him come home. Pet sitter is going over at 3 to make sure he's okay. He sure has energy and pep. Thanks for the well wishes. The big test will be when I switch him back to kibble. Positive thoughts.

Hope it resolves without further incident.

Pet sitter text me and let me know he kept it down and was his super happy butt wiggles self. Next step... Keeping dinner down.

And yes, they sure do worry us.
