She gets her frontline on the first of the month. I mentioned it so the first thought wasn’t fleas or ticks. She doesn’t lay in the grass, but she is constantly biting at her legs and belly area.
Unfortunately, the knees and belly itching could be related...to something causing discomfort in her lower half. Intestinal or structural. And coincidental to what sounds to me like a reaction to plastic on her chin. For starters, ditch the plastic bowl.
If you see absolutely nothing to be causing itch on her stomach/knees, consider something internally irritating. Could be a reaction to something she's eating...either being deliberately fed or munching on her own. Could be that she tweaked something in her spine/hips that's causing discomfort.

We did start giving her a small amount of wet food in her dry food a few weeks ago, so today I stopped giving her the wet food, thinking she may be allergic to something in it. How long would it take to notice a difference, in all of your experiences, if the food was causing the problem?
Did the wet food have carrageenan in it, by any chance?
My experience with food intolerance in myself says it could take up to a week for symptoms to abate. But those symptoms didn't include itchiness/internal irritation. With your dog, it'll take however long it takes for the irritation to subside...perhaps your vet or someone else here could suggest some kind of intestinal "soother" product.
We've got food/supplement intolerance/sensitivity with our two...but never manifesting in itchiness. We get the nausea/gurgling/vomiting indicators.
It does have carrageenan in it. We have been giving her Performatrin wet food. It’s pet valu’s Brand.
Not familiar with the brand but my guys almost immediately vomit up anything containing carrageenan.

The first thing I would do is give her some benadryl, watch her closely and see if that helps. That would immediately rule in an allergy to something. Ask your vet how much to give her.
I had a dog that had been on frontline for almost 2 years that started scratching like crazy. I moved him onto comfortis and it made the world of difference. I hope you find what is agitating your fur baby soon.
Also one of my dogs I have to rotate portions or she gets hot spots and itchy. I stay away from dry food that has chicken meal. But cook chickens for both my dogs. They are on. 60% whole food 40% dry food diet.
