Oh Hemi feel better! Hopefully it's just a tweak and some R&R will have him good as new.

Oh no, not Hemi! I hope it is just a temporary muscle ache, and not more serious.

Good thoughts for Hemi coming his way

Major Mojo that Hemi will be his old self after a bit of R&R.

Sounds a fair bit like Jet when she tweaked her back. Hoping for the best news.

Thanks all for all the Mojo. Looks like just over active lab syndrom. Had full physical, full blood work as he had a tick on him back in June. It hadn't attached but never know where there is one might be others and possible I missed a small one. No tick diseases or anything. Vet said rymadyl 10 days and try to keep him settled down.

Glad I have pet insurance. Got his booster shot for the new flu while there. It had been 2 weeks and a day since first shot so took care of that at same time.

Thanks again for all the great mojo

Sounds just like when Bandit tweaked his back. Same good check up except he ended up at the e-vet because it was the weekend and no insurance on the seniors. Same med and tons of rest.

Can you rig up some steps up to your bed? Jumping down is hard on the back.

    Sending mojo and healing prayers.

Yeah, he has steps in the RV but it is higher. I have been thinking he is getting close to getting steps for my bed in the bedroom. It is much lower. It's little lower than say a couch but still higher. I have been giving it thought though as hemi has been getting older.

Glad Hemi's OK! That kind of thing is always so scary.

Whew...so glad to find your post when I turned on the computer this morning.

I'd definitely keep him from jumping up or down from now on even if he seems to be OK with it.

Hope he has a fast recovery!

Back issue was what came to my mind first too. Hopefully the Rimadyl will help. Poor Hemi.
