OK...calm down, Barbara...don't get your hopes up.

Dan had liquid overnight but a Dairy Queen about two hours ago and …. just now....an almost-formed Dairy Queen. I'm trying to contain my enthusiasm....

Woo hoo…..his sample was clean. We stop the Panacur/Cerenia.

He hasn't pooped for about 8 hours...I'm anticipating something a lot more solid when he goes again.

    Anticipaaaaa….aaaa….shun...….

I'm still waiting. He's gone out a lot to deal with the extra water he's been drinking, but that's it.

It's amazing just how much time and effort we dog people can put into the thought of good poo.

Hey, GOOD poop is very important. I catch Gabe's poop (in a plastic bag)instead of picking it up and people always ask why I do it. I just tell them it is easier than picking it up but this way I am sure to check for firmness, color and smell. Yes, it does make a difference to me!!

Come on Danny, you can do it- good firm, full formed smell good POOP!!

Oh my gosh...that would stop Danny cold. ("what are you doing back there?")

Actually, both of mine are too low to the ground to effectively situate a bag, I think.

And still no poop. I'll be up all night in case he gets the urge. Thank goodness he makes that known...Sunnie would just go behind a chair. I think. At least, that's what she did when we first got her and she had a case of the runs from cleaning up after the little ones.

Now you know if I hadn't stayed up with him, he'd have needed to poop and/or pee overnight (was drinking a lot of water). Nothing. The little bugger didn't move off the dog bed.

Out for his normal potty run post-breakfast....only pee.

Something tells me I'm going to need the entire bag when I finally get my "reward".
