I do it at home also but most times he thinks it's play time. I will work harder now that I know what the potential is on the fusing. He loves the heat therapy now.

    Great to hear! We’ve been doing ROM and massages at home for three years now, and we haven’t missed a day. It’s part of our daily routine.

    Well I like the vets approach. Asher and my schedule are very similar. I hope the supplements and therapies keep him going for a long while.

    Me too. He said no more surgeries or injections and that the goal is conservative management. The vet students that examined Asher to start totally enjoyed him. Asher loves his front legs massaged and is pretty accustomed to me massaging them non-stop. He will just extend his leg out and expect the massage -- he was doing that for the vet students and they got a kick out of it. They would massage his leg and his eyes would start to close. So adorable. I'm so happy to be done with CT scans and such.

    Thank you. He's a sweet boy. I'm going to start researching nose work and try to keep him occupied with that.
