    Patty's right-if yours looks like the photos in the other thread--its from shedding & it doesn't last long. Dakota, my chocolate girls sheds so crazy who else would sweep & brush as much as I do? Its really just various shades of chocolate that's all, a lighter brown. Nothing alien.

    Only a couple of chocolates from my first litter turn all those orange-y colors when they shed, my current ones don't. Thy are super dark, and their undercoat is really dark too, even when it's dead and falling out. LOL I much prefer the blacks and chocolates shedding to my yellow!
