So glad to hear Barley is improving. Now to try to discover the why which could be almost impossible.
Went through giardia with Potion. Several breeders recommended Tylon powder and Albon; did the trick quite quickly.

Dogs can pick up Giardia from walking where an infected animal has eliminated...either eating grass or licking their own feet after the walk. It's insidious. It's not just in contaminated water. If you have a poo-roller or poo-eater, that increases the odds.

Poor little Barley Lump Lump. I hope he's back to his sleek, handsome appearance now!
How’s Barley doing?

His hives are gone and his poop has started firming up but we tried introducing his regular kibble back into his bland diet today and he vomited it up. It was pure kibble but it still has me worried. If he doesn't keep dinner down then I'm calling the vet again in the morning.
I just gave them both baths which I never do. Vet recommended it with the giardia diagnoses. And so now I have a pathetic looking wet puppy howling and crying at me from his crate (forced nap time, he's been up all day) and I can't give him any treats or cookies.

Awww, poor thing.
How’s Thor doing? I assume you’re giving him giardia meds too? Are they on panacur and metronidazole and probiotics?
