Just seeing this! Poor Barley. Asher got into something a month or so ago and I had to keep him on bland for nearly 7 days. I added some wet stomach sensitive food by Purina Pro after I tried to introduce kibble back in after 3 days with no luck. I agree, it's amazing just how they manage to find what they are not supposed to.

    How is he doing now?

He was keeping the bland food down, but reintroducing kibble seems to have set him off so it's back to bland for now. He was eating (or trying to eat) grass on his excursions outside, too. He stopped being interested in grass yesterday afternoon and he kept his bland dinner down last night. And so far he's good on his breakfast. Keeping a close eye on him today!

Food (regular kibble) has stayed down all day and he’s being super annoying with his puppy antics tonight so hopefully he’s on the upswing!

I wonder if the meds you had him on for the giardia were making him nauseated etc. When Dan was on metronidazole, he had inappetence and vomiting. No more metro for my boy.

Hi everyone, Barley here! I’m feeling so much better! Mom thinks it’s because I’m done with all of my meds, including the allergy meds that made me all dopey. But I’ve been resting for almost a week now and OH BOY DO I HAVE A LOT OF PENT UP ENERGY!

I’d love to chat longer but I have to go randomly jump all over my brother Thor and run in circles around the house.
