photos above. WAs it a first thing in the morning urine sample? Oban has developed crystals twice now, some meds to go and he was fine both times. Good thoughts for Asher.

Urine sample was midday. Still waiting on xray info. Hate waiting.

Told the tech about his chicken thigh fiasco. Let her know they were skinless / boneless seasoned with ginger and swerve. Crazy boy. Now I feel so guilty for being so angry.

Ah, bummer. Poor Asher, he can't catch a break! I hope it's just an infection and nothing more. Sending mojo.

X-rays came back clear on the bladder. She gave me a script for antibiotics. Quite expensive one -- it was 100 bucks. I will call my vet on Friday and ask him to review everything and to provide guidance. Nothing against this vet but my comfort and trust is with Dr. Scott at that practice. For now, I feel OK. Asher is home and being his typical self. LOL Soon as we came in the door he literally ran to the kitchen counter. There was nothing there for him so he started chasing Samson.
Thanks for all the good thoughts. Fingers crossed this clears and doesn't return. I can't tell you how scary that was seeing the nothing but blood come out while he was trying to pee.

I thought that was awesome they sent me the pictures. He's been a visitor there once a week for a year now just for therapy. They love him

Just took him out to potty. He's struggling. Squatted four or five times. Blood each time. I hope this med works fast. I also think he's feeling lots of discomfort because I tried to lay and hug him like I typically do and I got a deep throat growl. I backed off. Poor guy.

    Hopefully tomorrow is better.
