Anyone ever deal with this? Rushed my 14 year old lab to the emergency vet last night because I thought she had a stroke. Lab panel was run but no diagnosis (horrible experience) but after researching she has all the signs of this disease. Her regular vet isn’t open until tomorrow so I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this with their lab. She hasn’t eaten since early yesterday but I did give her some Dramamine since she vomited twice. She is drinking small amounts of water when offered.

Any chance she'd hit her head? A woman I used to work with had a white German Shepherd who developed this right after hitting her head on the side of their sliding door. Dee worked with a holistic vet and got Angel back to normal. This was decades ago and the only thing I remember of the supplements she used was Evening Primrose Oil. Perhaps research holistic treatments or visit a holistic vet if there is one near you. The AHVMA has a list of holistic vets online. I'd recommend looking at that and then seeing if your traditional vet knows anything about any of them...as with any other field, some are better than others.

South Paws animal hospital might also recommend someone in your area (this might depend on where you're actually located). I assume they still do this but I can't tell for sure from their website today.

Good luck!
I haven't seen it in any of our dogs but there are others on here who have. Weekends can be slow. You could search for "vestibular disease" in the little search window there in the upper right. To get you started, here's one post.
Vertigo question (vestibular disease)
My sister's dog (English Shepherd) had it when he was 12. Vet said it would likely be a month and it was a month, bang on, before he could walk in the house. He did have a smooth floor phobia though; outside on grass he walked sooner. Vet told Sis to hold his feet when carrying him out to potty, legs dangling disturb dogs. Sis put her back out. Laddie retained some head tilt but by age 16 ( yes, four years later, he actually was closer to 17 when he died ) it was so slight only those of us who knew him well could see it. Pretty scary for my Mum, who had him when his eyeballs first started darting back and forth.

Oh wow 16 is quite an accomplishment! My girl is so healthy otherwise. People find it hard to believe she’s 14. It is a scary experience. With no warning this came on and came on hard. I thought she was dying. I gave her Dramamine and she ate small meals and drank water which is improvement from yesterday. She still wobbles like a drunk sailor but I’ve got her all the way. Thank you all for your input and support.
Jolie had an attack of this - I think she was 13 at the time. It was very scary - I too thought she was having a stroke but as soon as the vet saw her he said it was vestibular - her eyes were flicking back and forth sideways and he said that was pretty diagnostic. They gave her IV dramamine and she was much recovered by later that day, completely recovered in 3-4 days, but I know it usually takes longer than that and some dogs are left with a head tilt from it - she didn't have one.
FWIW, if it is vestibular, there's nothing really you can do for her other than what you are already doing ...
