    sneezing....too much sneezing

I have a vet appt next week for my pup ziti. I plan on bringin chili in too...he has 2 issues that been bugging me. one is sneezing...I initially thought he sneezes on purpose on me/wife as a sign of marking. but he has been sneezing a while now and think it needs to be addressed. the other issue is that he was drooling a bit while had ear infection. ths led me to inspect his mouth to see...idk, just look I guess. I saw what looked to be a canker sore on his lower gum/cheek which appeared to be half inch or so white scar/sore. later that day I tried to take a pic and send to my vet friend. he is not available this moment so I am asking thoughts on taking to vet, taking to doggie dentist, or looks ok, dont worry. I attached image where area in question is above my thumb on bottom of image. thats his bottom right jaw. any thoughts appreciated. I smoke alot so always have cancer in back of my mind...for me and wife/dogs.

I'd watch it for a few days and, if it doesn't seem to be resolving, check with the vet. That's pretty big.

The sneezing could be related to the ear infection...or it could be that he's coming into contact with something he's sensitive around. Anything new in his life other than Ziti? (yikes....hope he's not allergic to his new little brother).

Dan seems to sneeze a lot sometimes....it's never anything but maybe some dust getting up his nose.

Everything is new to puppies and it's spring and there's lots of stuff in the air to tickle them. Still, a good idea to keep an eye on it.

It's not reverse sneezing? Still, need to keep on eye on that too.
