    Thank you everyone Koopa's good so far he eats his canned food like a champ. It is rather red around the incision so I'm going to be calling the vet about that tomorrow but otherwise everything's fine and his poops are back to normal! Yay! :P

    Wow! Poor Koopa - so glad he's on the mend now. Hoping he recovers quickly and no more eating or shredding balls!

    (Every time I see the X-ray, I keep looking at the black spaces in his spine and see what looks like palm trees and desert sand, lol! It's like those pictures of illusions- do you see an old woman or young woman?!)

    Sending well wishes for a speedy recovery. Pretty much any toy we give our dogs has the potential to cause injury if ingested, it's nice to know that Koopa has a particular palate for tennis balls so you can watch him or seek medical attention right away. Our friends lost their young Golden to a seemingly "innocent" toy she managed to destroy and the string cut off blood supply around her intestines. I'm glad he is on the mend!
