Good news, How is his weight doing?
Oban was tested again last Thursday and has gone from 16 to 22 in about a month and a half. This Vet's reference says 27 is low normal. He has been on the Rayne KSP kibble for nearly three weeks, over four if counting the transition to it. The IS Vet is giving much credit to the faecal implant.
We will get one more B12 injection today and the IS Vet thinks that should help and we won't do the usual series of 6. His B12 was 228 which is low normal but more and more research is apparently showing 300 is a much healthier level to be at.

Yeah Oban! Great update. Sending mojo for continued improvement.
I dealt with low Albumin years ago with Miya and I gave her Seacure tablets (25 a day to start) to get her up to middle of normal range and then weaned her slowly off the Seacure. She has been fine since.
Not sure what is the cause of your dog's low Albumin but look into Seacure. It is predigested 60% white fish so easily assimilated by the body.

Weight is holding steady at 33.4 kg or 73.5 pounds. A good low range for Oban to be at.
Patty, thanks, but Oban should not have whitefish, according to Nutriscan saliva test, so Seacure is out. Oban's low albumin is now supposed to be part of his Lymphangiectasia. That's being treated with a Rx kibble low fat diet, Rayne KSP. For now he is not allowed any protein other than kangaroo anyway.
LOL, a local butcher has kangaroo meat but was out of it. This morning I picked up some ground to make jerky for treats at a butcher near the special clinic we're going to. Seems dog people are regular purchasers of kangaroo at each butcher shop. Not cheap but less expensive to make it myself than the kangaroo jerky at the pet shop which was $12.99 for 2.5 oz. I am hoping half a pound, 8 oz., dries out to more than that. I'll weigh it and see. Cost me $15.something.

Great news! It's so satisfying, after all you've gone through with the Big O, when something you try seems to work. Continued good luck!

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

YAY! What good news! I have been following Oban's story and am so glad to hear that he is improving. There are fantastic numbers supporting the positive effects of fecal transplant in humans, so it makes sense that it would be a great thing for pups, too. Yay for Oban (and yay for you for being such a dedicated human companion)!
