    Slippery elm

Where do you guys get yours? Do you use the liquid dropper bottle? I thought it came in tablets but can only find liquid. I haven't gone to the natural foods store though.

Fantastic stuff, I can't believe how much it has helped my boy with IBS - I buy the powder from Amazon.

The one time I bought it, it was a powder I had to spoon out. I typically buy everything on Amazon, unless I need it immediately, and then I go to our local natural food store.

Amazon powder form is what I got a long time ago. I haven't had to use it in a few years though. Sprinkle a spoonful on food add warm water and its gone in seconds.
