Saying a prayer for you this morning, my friend!!! Hoping all goes ok. Don't freak if it's MCT. Nelli has had 2 removed several years ago and she's just fine.
    Love you!

Oh not, not Vangie! Hopefully it's as simple as she stuck her nose in an ant nest.

    Sending prayers and mojo.

ok, started out telling him why she's on benedryl 2 tabs 2x per day (basement, licking). and then he felt the lymph nodes (i did already), looked in her mouth, touched, squeezed, smelled. i told him about eli ripping her apart daily and her letting him. i told him that I'm out in the yard and heard and saw nothing unusual. no yelps, nose in bushes, etc.

he thinks, it may be something she inhaled, or eli kick starting something, or a bite of sorts. called her jimmy durante, if that helps with a visual. gave her pred for 5 days and a skin antibiotic for a week. keep on benedryl, don't expect it to go away in a day or two. keep in touch (that's our joke, as of course I'm in touch , he's lucky i m not in front of his house early in the morning) and if it doesn't go away, then knock out, aspirate, and scrape. he doesn't think C. (i cant even say the word anymore).

so, i gave her all her meds and am trying to not look at her every 5 minutes.
it better just go away. oh yeah, he told me not to be surprised if it bleeds or i see pus. ok, i won't be.

thanks to all my friend, who understand me, wish us well and all that other good stuff.
I'm kinda at the end of my rope here.

    now dealing with the basement.

Yay for it being nothing to worry about!

I still bet it was Eli hanging onto her nose that did it. Little $hit.

Hope it goes away fast. Remember my boys each had some weird thing on their nose. Came up fast and then looked like a blister. Went away, but took several weeks.

Yeah, Chase has had nose bumps, too. One we thought was from my daughter's dog getting him with her teeth, but it might have been a sebaceous cyst. There were actually 2 spots, one on either side of his nose but the smaller one went away quickly. The other went several rounds with antibiotics, oozed pus, all that delightful (yak!) stuff. The next bump was pretty big and hideous, did not ooze anything, was not an MCT, it finally got removed surgically and even the pathology report was a bit hazy, or the vet's reporting of it to me was. Dang dogs! Hope Vangie's bumps clear up soon.

The more I think about Chase's first nose bump that we thought might have been from Ellie's teeth, the more I'm thinking the placement on Vangie and Eli's "play" sessions sound like he used his little "staple removers" on her snout!
