I shall look in to this brand. Thank you kindly!

My in laws have a really stinky lab. He has a systemic yeast issue that's not quite fully under control. For years, my MIL was bathing him with oatmeal shampoos which turns out was like the worst thing you can due to treat yeast. We found this shampoo a few months ago and it has really cut down on the smell

Eta - you should really get your puppy checked out by a vet though. Unless you're really sensitive to dog smell, a lab, especially a 3 month old puppy, should not be that stinky.

    Switching flea protection

Did you see this ^ thread? Be careful, you might be double dosing by using the collar and a shampoo. That's combining two insecticides; dangerous and more so for a puppy.

NO HARTZ PRODUCTS! They are all terrible!

I would not use a flea collar ever.

I also like Tropiclean...they even make a deodorizing formula.

You may also want to take him to your Vet to make sure there is no underlying reason for the smell.

Healthy Labs should be just about odorless.

Yeah, apparently Hartz products are so bad they created a website : HartzVictims.org - One More Victim is One Too Many
. The site appears to be down, but my guess is it was taken down due to some kind of threat under legal action. Just speculation on my part, but still....I scrapped the bottle after one use. What really irks me though is that these are the brand names that make it to the shelves. Why don't they put the good stuff on the shelves?
Why is it that we have to research what's good, and what isn't? One would think if a product is bad or has too many consumer complaints, the retailer would just pull them off the shelves instead of dealing with customer complaints and countless refund requests.

    The madness never ends.
