If you're talking about the red being on the hair on top of her paws, that should go away once the constant saliva is gone.
Cleo our gorgeous Yellow Lab has gotten into chewing her feet, we're working on the issue of yeast, but her feet have turned red? Anyone have any suggestions how to cure the foot licking (we are presently trying Apple Cider Vinegar) and also how to get her feet yellow again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That is what I was talking about, thank you for the reply, the red is on top of her fur.
I posted a similar question a few days ago and got loads of good advice: Biting at legs/paws

The licking will stop when the fungus and perhaps even bacteria have been treated and are gone. If it's driven by environmental allergies, wash the feet off when they come in from outside.

Unfortunately, there can be a bit of a domino effect here. Even if the allergies resolve, the yeast can keep on going because they keep licking. It's a secondary effect. I use chlorhexidine. I get it right up in the pads and wipe down the hot spots. It's the same stuff I use to clean out their ears and it's really cheap. They sell it at Walmart by the gallon.
I had a GSD that was ate up with allergies (bless his heart). I got some meds from the vet that I applied to his feet twice a day while adjusting his diet and anything else we thought he was a allergic to.
