Hailey sets a new Personal Best

Hailey and I attended our club's annual Spook Splash Event this past weekend and had an absolute blast! We have been unable to make the practice for over four months because of other obligations so I wasn't expecting much competitiveness and focused on just having fun.
Much to my suprise Hailey jumped in the 17" range all weekend and later set a personal best of ... 18'11 She was also able to successfully complete a super vertical grab of 4'2 in open practice which she's never done before and to top it all off, on Sunday she placed 2nd in the Dog Olympics Speed Retrieve by completing a 70 yrd mark in 14.21 while wearing her angel costume, of course! (the leader did 13.72)
Hailey clearly had the competition on her radar all weekend and I could not be more proud of her accomplishments. I guess she earned all the items and $50 Bass Pro gift card we won in the raffle.
I also jumped a friends novice dog Dustin in vertical and got him to 5'4 which was really exciting! Obviously we had a great weekend overall and hopefully I'll get pictures from the photographer soon and be able to post them.
