Have you heard of Kasco brand DF?
The breeder had my puppy on it and he did well with the food she gave me for the week. Now he is out and I am looking for some of that brand. Has anyone heard of it? Thanks

I'm familiar with Kasco and I don't really like their ingredients in any of their formulas. Breeders know their dogs and pups and they know what works well on their animals. I'd say being your dog does well on the Kasco and your breeder recommended it for your pup, stick to it until you're ready to switch to an adult food, then switch to a better brand. Also, a 30% protien and 21% fat seems a little high for a puppy food to me. I'm not sure what the better percetages are for raising a pup, but 30/21 seems high to me (but maybe it is the norm).
