Not bad for a first time...it was a little over ten feet. We go back for Big Wave again and EV tonight.

Angus...

Well..he sat on the dock and whined and slinked into the water a few times. He was excited though

We had SO much fun!

ETA - By the end of the day Hudson was jumping around 15-16ft and he did Speed Retrieve and he did Extreme Vertical! I think we are going to try irondogs in Edmonton!

Way to go guys! Congrats. Major slinked into the water the first few times on the dock and now jumps about 15ft, so there's still hope!

Good job! Bet Angus that double that with a bit of practise. Betcha got big plans for him this year. Is there any kind of dock along the Bow river?

Calgary - Dockdogs is here for the first time and then they are in Edmonton in March

We LOVED it and now that Hudson can do all three events we can't wait to try in Edmonton!

Haha..no but our two get plenty of practice jumping into the Bow River

Yeah, Lisa was shocked that he was able to do it at all because she said that its normally so difficult for dogs to look up. Plus the event was indoors in a building with really low ceilings and she said that normally freaks a lot of dogs out. He wasn't able to go higher than 5ft yesterday but he got the hang of it and thats the first step
