Sending you a big hug, wish it were in person. When ever I got down I turned to the dogs. They gave me great comfort and unconditional love. I can't promise you a smooth ride but once it is over life is so much better. F
Take care and remember we are all rooting for you.

First, I'm sorry you are having to deal w/this. Another friend of mine went thru this a few years ago, had radiation (not fun either, btw!), and has had the all clear since, so chin up... Go find a litter of puppies to cuddle when you can. I 'hear' they are the best medicine! Of course I could be a wee bit biased.... Anne

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes.

I had some GREAT news today. Had the dreaded PET scan yesterday and have been very anxious about the results. But my oncologist called to tell me that there are no distant metastases. SO... the cancer appears isolated to my breast and armpit. I am officially a stage 3 and not a 4.

    What a relief!

So happy to hear that! Having gone through a similar workup for a family member with a different type of cancer, I've seen how stressful all the various tests can be and what a relief to receive some positive news. Sending continuing strength and good wishes.
