Aw, man! My Ol' Roy is tainted?!

Seriously, it looks mostly like lower level brands, so I hope no one here is affected. How scary.

And here's the dog list:

http://www.menufoods.com/recall/product_dog.html

clicking each food name will bring up the specific product information/batch date.

Yes, Eukanuba and IAMS are not on the list. However, IAMS is participating in a voluntary recall just to be on the safe side:

I didn't see it, so I wanna ask:

Kobey eats IAMS dry dog food

Brownie eats Pedigree Wet food, did anyone see those listed, because I didn't, but I'm worried

My mom said she was watching the Today Show and they listed the Dry food for Kobey as one, but now we cant find it on the website

I have seen names that weren't on the list above, and one of them did have Pedigree wet food. They might be another voluntary recall....
Dry food is not affected, Amy.

This is so awful... I would just not feed ANY WET FOOD until we know for sure. I am thinking that other "brands" may be popping up for recall too.

I think just to be on the safe side, that's what I'll tell my dad to do also. How scary!! Friskies is not on the list that I noticed, but better safe than sorry!!

***? this is outrageous!!!!!

we used to feed nutro ultra canned food mixed with the kibble. thankfully we stopped and switched over to eagle pack (thanks erica AGAIN!) and now they only get dry food.

this is just insane though. nothing is safe anymore, nothing.

FYI-Purina

I don't know how many feed this food as we all know it isn't one of the best, but Purina wasn't on the list of dog foods, and they have voluntarily recalled some of their products also.
My SIL feeds this, and we went to Purina to see if it was involved and this is what we found.
I believe they are just doing this to be on the safe side, but anyway.

My boys eat Nutro Natural Choice Weight Management Chicken & Rice (1/3 of can each feeding). That's on the list. I'll be bringing back all my cans today.

If you guys know ferret owners, though I'm sure they're already aware - its something to pass along to them as well.
