Kona is out of her surgery and doing ok. She is in some pain but still heavily sedated. It breaks my heart that she is hurting but I know deep down she will be feeling so much better in just a few days.

I really want to go visit her, but I know she will try to stand for me and end up hurting herself. We are going to leave her at the vet's until Sat and then bring her home. He thinks she will rest better there. Gee, I wonder why? You mean a golden retriever and 2 small children are not conducive to good rest? Well, that explains the circles under my eyes....

Thanks to everyone for their good thoughts and prayers. I really appreciate all of your messages and posts. It means more then you know to have so many people praying for my furbaby. I'll give you an update when I get one

So glad surgery when OK and she is resting now. As hard as it is, letting her rest these under the expert supervision of the staff is the best now for her. She will be feeling so much better in a couple of days.

Thankful Kona is out of surgery. Will continue to send my prayers and healing thoughts. It's so hard to leave them at the vet's this long, but she is in good hands!
