Kongs

I have seen frequent mention of Kongs on the forum and really did not know what they were until I looked them up on the interwebby.

Having not seen one in action, so to speak, how do they work? What do you stuff them with? How long do they last? Is Henry too young at 10 weeks to have one? Will they help with his teething?

I will probably be able to find a supplier in Blighty, but need to have some feedback first.
