    Miss BELLE

    Aye Mates,
    A glimpse o' Coalman's "yellow dog" Carlton Brook's Great Bay Belle, call name of BELLE that I had trained in 2014. Dave aka "Coalman" came down and joined me as a guest for some gunning on pheasant and we hunted o'er BELLE in the morning. T'was grand watching BELLE working birds.


    T'was a wonderful day afield with grand gun dogs and great friends. Sharing a few photos from our bird hunt under beautiful New England skies.��

    Oh, so this is the guy who has posted a lot of photos and posts on his dog Belle, not Lexie Belle on the Shingle, or whatever the right name is? It's fun to find out when members know each other! Looks like you and Coalman and Belle had a successful day!

    Right ye are Mate, LEXIE and LEXIE BELLE ON THE COBBLE two entirely different dogs. Coalman and meself and some other gunning Mates had a ball.

    The high temperature on the day o' this hunt was 52 degrees F. We had a snow / ice storm last night and there is snow on the ground now. Temperatures are going to climb again tomorrow and we will be chasing pheasants again.
