    Fun in the sun

I see so many snow photos posted online I am jealous. No snow here but we did have some good times today in 84F weather. Of course, with it so hot, water played an important role in the fun to keep the pups cool.

That looks like fun! I could use some 84 degree weather. I guess it did get to about 50 today so no snow here. When you go to streams or creeks like that, don't you ever run into snakes?

I always worry about snakes but the truth is I've only had a dog come across a snake three times years apart and different dogs. One time was in New Mexico and the dogs were leashed. I heard the rattle before I saw the snake so I just told the dogs to go faster before they noticed the rattlesnake near the trail because it was too late to stop. Also worry about alligators in lakes but not in these small streams. These particular streams are dry a lot. They have water when we've had a lot of rain. This is probably the most water I've seen in them.

Days like this make for peaceful evenings! Both pups are asleep on their beds.

Can't wait for warmer weather to get Archie out for longer periods of time.

Great pictures. Gives us hope that warm weather is on it's way.

Love the pics. Make me excited for summer We are getting a ton of snow this weekend and forecast says more this week..... We are above zero now so it feels like a heatwave here. 13 degrees! Remy LOVES the snow he usually gets the puppy crazies but is on the DL recovering from a TPLO surgery.... But hopefully by summer we will be running though our woods. Have fun, stay hydrated!
