    Anti counter surfing

Thor has know from a very young age that counter surfing is a no-no. His typical kitchen position is laying down. Which means we get this pathetic face whenever one of us is slicing up something delicious. (In this case, cheese). Drool was just starting when I took this photo.

Looks like you all will be the ones "surfing" across the floor if you slip in his drool pool!

Don't you love how they decide to lie down in the most inconvenient spot whenever food is being prepared? Both mine try to crowd in the corner between the stove and the sink, just in case, you know. Looks like Thor has someone blocked into the corner there also. Please, oh please, don't you see me here?

LOL, I make Hemi sit outside the kitchen, I hear heavy sighing and then occasionally I hear the pitter patter of puppy feet, which I yell out without turning around, Where are you supposed to be. He backs up. I can hear hi saying man eyes in the back of his head. I don't do it to be mean. I just always cook with a lot of onion and garlic and non pup friendly food. That and I am terribly coordinated some always ends up on the floor. When I cut carrots and so on though I always throw him a hunk or two.

He always wedges himself between my legs and the cabinets. He likes to keep a close eye on things.

Can't you see he's going to just die if he can't have some of that cheese!

Mardi used to lay on the mat in front of the sink. Got pretty good doing dishes while straddling her.

Archie picked the spot in front of the frig. No getting into the freezer drawer.
